-214 usually means that a re-install is needed. Did tech support for a VB product before, and a re-install was needed 99.9% of the time for our clients whenever they received this message, and it always fixed it. The .01 percent missing is when we found which .dll/.ocx file on the users system wasn't working properly, and replaced it.

This doesn't work for me The 4th file is missing, the second long line :P It says it restored it but it may not be a .dll file. All the others are restored properly. I get mass errors everytime it try to enter the IRC chat.
